All prizes will be awarded after winner verification. No substitutions (including cash) are permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. The Contest winner shall be responsible and liable for all federal, state and local taxes on the value of their prize a prize of equal or greater value for any reason.

How to Enter: To enter electronically, visit our blog at www.parentingpink.com/blog for all of the contest information. Please remember to follow the directions when responding to the contest entry. Any and all information provided by entrant must be complete and correct or the entry will be deemed ineligible. Duplicate entries on the same day will be void. By registering for the Contest you agree that your registration and any other information collected in connection with the Contest may be used by Sponsor in accordance with our Privacy and may be shared with their affiliated business entities. All online entries must include the entrant's valid email address. The email address provided by online entrants will be the identity of the entrant and, if chosen for a prize, the identity of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries that we believe are generated by spam, automated e-mail program, or automated submission. By entering the Yes! You Can Make This Giveaway, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules.

Selection Process: During the first day of the week, a random drawing including all eligible entries will be conducted by Sponsor. The winner will be notified by email. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility.

The number of eligible entries determines the odds of winning. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting the entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is currently registered. All drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Sponsor. The decision of Sponsor is final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.

The winner will be notified via email. Sponsor reserves the right to determine the method of notification. The winner must claim the prize within ten (10) business days after the date of notification of the prize. If the winner fails to claim the prize within ten (10) business days, it will be considered the winner’s forfeiture of the prize and an alternate selected from the pool of eligible entries will be notified. If an entrant is determined ineligible, an alternate winner may also be selected from a pool of eligible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to ship prizes to the mailing address provided by the winner during their entry to the Contest.

General Conditions & Limitations: Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online publication, and any other promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating in the Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability, claim, demand or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, death, loss, or other liability (collectively Claims) that may arise from the acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or their participation in this promotion, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.

Sponsor is not responsible for any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed incomplete or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the Contest. Any technical difficulties or malfunctions of the telephone network, computer on-line system or equipment, software, hardware, program malfunctions or other failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human, mechanical or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any part of this Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest. This Contest shall be governed by Virginia law. By participating, entrants agree that Virginia courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Contest and that venue shall be only in Fairfax, Virginia.

Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules from the Contest. Employees (and their immediate families or household members) of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter the Contest. The Yes! You Can Make This Giveaway is open only to residents of the 50 United States of America or the District of Columbia who are at least (18) years old at the time of entry.

When applicable, the winner may be required to execute and return to Sponsor within seven (7) business days an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability and Publicity Release and any applicable tax forms to be considered eligible for the prize. If these standards are not met, then an alternate winner will be selected. In addition, the winner may be required to provide proof of identity, address and birth date in order to receive prize.
